Next-generation workstation with modern technology

The next-generation IVF workstations are designed with modern technology and are provided with large size European Okolab make glass heating stage, gassing and humidification system. These are made to meet clean air as per the requirements with the help of filtration, illumination, Noise and Vibration control. The workstations are available with a Vertical airflow arrangement. The workstations are made of GI coated with anti-rust, anti-bacterial powder coating. The Main Table and working area are completely made up of Stainless Steel SS304 grade.

Class H-14 Hepa filters as per EN1822. Filter efficiency 99.99% against 0.3 Micron Particle size. These workstations come with best in the class heating system to give uniform heating with the help of a PID controller. The high-efficiency German motor blowers are used to provide less than 59 DB noise levels. The unit has a unique stand by control system with one / two LCD monitors and a frame grabber card.

Okolab glass heating stage of rectangle size is provided to give homogenous temperature with transparent surface and accuracy of ± 0.3°C. The glass thickness is 2mm and comes with a single-channel temperature controller with a calibration facility. The gassing and humidification system supports an optimum environment with premix gas.
